2.6 The right to a price reduction or a refund after one failed repair or replacement.


2.7 It is your legal obligation to return goods within 14 days for a full refund (also known as the “cooling-off period”) if you change your mind about your purchase.

3.3 We may ask you to return the faulty or non-compliant product to us for inspection. If requested, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to cover the cost of returning the item.


3.4 Once we receive the product, we will assess it to determine whether it is faulty or non-compliant. If it is found to be faulty or non-compliant, we will offer you a full refund, replacement, or repair, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.

4.1 Please note that certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds under your statutory rights. These exceptions may include:
