BGA 250 Cordless Leaf Blower Details
The BGA 250 is STIHL’s most powerful handheld leaf blower. Professionals in horticulture and landscaping use it for the toughest cleaning jobs.
It delivers a maximum blowing force of 26 Newtons, making it the strongest handheld blower STIHL has ever produced. The power stays constant from full charge to empty. Whether the battery is at 100% or 20%, you still get full performance until it runs out.
The blower handles extremely well. It feels easy to use, and it runs quietly. You can work in noise-sensitive areas without ear defenders and without disturbing customers.
Its compact, lightweight design lets you use it with either hand. You won’t strain your wrist or arm. The angle of the handle keeps the blower steady, even at maximum power, so you stay in full control. STIHL places the battery under the impeller and handle, giving the blower perfect balance. You don’t need to tilt the tool to get the right blowing angle.
The BGA 250 includes a variable-speed trigger with a boost mode for tougher jobs, such as wet leaf piles. You can match the power to the task, which helps extend battery runtime. A cruise-control feature supports longer sessions. You can also attach a shoulder harness to reduce hand fatigue.
BGA 250 Cordless Leaf Blower Compatible Accessories
Working time with the recommended AP 300 S battery ranges from 12-40 minutes, depending on the power level used.
CONSTANT POWER, REGARDLESS OF BATTERY CHARGE STATUS.
Battery-powered tools from STIHL have constant power, meaning the performance of your battery tool will not decrease during work as the battery discharges. Intelligent electronics means your tool will work with consistently high power until there is no energy left in the battery.
FOR STRENGTH-SAVING AND FATIGUE-FREE WORK.
The angled design of the blower tube means that there is no rotational impact on the wrist. The blower tube and the handle are in line so that no torque is transferred to the handle and no pulse is generated which must be corrected manually. This benefits you to do your work with less effort and fatigue.
FOR EVERY APPLICATION.
Depending on your working requirements, the blowing force can be set to 4 levels, including boost mode. The selected level is indicated by the LEDs. Boost mode activates maximum leaf blowing power while the trigger button is held down, regardless of the preselected power level. You can optimise the battery runtime by selecting the appropriate power level.
FOR LONG WORKING PERIODS.
You can lock the throttle at any preferred position, even between levels. This relieves the strain on your index finger during longer periods of continual use.
COMPATIBLE WITH THE SMART CONNECTOR.
You can mount a Smart Connector 2 A in the housing of the power tool at the dedicated position. Once installed, this connects to the control unit and transmits valuable power tool data to your smartphone, tablet or the STIHL connected Box that is within range. You can use the STIHL connected App and the STIHL connected Portal to view the STIHL connected gathered data and benefit from additional functions.
Storage
FOR SAFE STORAGE. The tool has an integrated carrying ring. This allows you to store your tool safely and compactly.
SPLASHWATER PROTECTION. The AP 200 S is IPX4 certified thanks to the encapsulated electronics and sealing of each individual cell. It means that the battery is protected against splash water from all sides and can be used in rainy conditions.
