Kubota Service Excellence – Gold Standard Award
Presented every two years by Kubota UK, the Service Excellence Awards recognise dealers who meet the highest standards across equipment, facilities, technician training and customer service. Performance is measured using a strict assessment process, with customer satisfaction playing a key role.
Following every product sale, customers are invited to complete a Kubota satisfaction survey. These results are used to independently assess and rate the service departments of all Kubota dealers, ensuring standards remain consistently high.
This prestigious Gold Standard Award reflects excellence across multiple criteria, including customer feedback, mechanical and technical training, and the quality of workshop and service facilities.
